I received an Ipad 2 as a gift in October and had a terrible experience two weeks ago: I dropped it as I was about to open my car door. It had lots of cracks across the screen and I was really down about it. I plugged it in, crossed my fingers and it did look like it was charging, I could take pictures and I was able to surf the net. PHEW! But, still what was I to do? The Apple store at Town Center Mall wanted 250.00. I found a few other places nearby and they wanted 189.00. I called a place in North Miami and they said they’d do it for 100.00! Bingo! I was very pleased with the results.
The shop was very professional, right near a Subway and McDonald’s plus they had their own waiting room as well. I hope you like the customer testimonial I made because I was so pleased with the service. By the way, if you are a business owner, you can see how well these youtube videos do in search engines. If you type in “North Miami Ipad Repair into google, you’ll see it on page 1! If you need any help with creating your own just let me know. It is best to have some pictures, a little narrative, an interview so you can have a connection and some music. Connect with your potential customers so they can build trust and get to know you.
Try to NOT drop your iphone or ipad! They are very fragile! But if you do, you can always contact them at 305 772-0251 for excellent service at Unlimited Repair or visit HERE.
Update on April 14th- I just checked and a few phrases such as “north miami laptop repair”, “north miami phone repair” and “north miami ipad repair” are all showing up on page 1 with the video. It is helpful to explain the service if you are speaking into the camera. Articles and press releases also are effective to help your website and internet presence. Ask some of your friends what they would type into a search engine if they were looking for your services. Sometimes that helps because you can see things more objectively. This can help you figure out your ideal customer as well. I have a newsletter and it wasn’t until I did a survey that I found out that many women on it were interested in yoga during pregnancy. You can ask your clients and customers what they are looking for as well. Let people tell you and don’t assume you know their needs.
On another note- I haven’t dropped my Ipad again and have been very careful!
